Machine commissioning：

The following points are included in the commissioning.

3. During the operation of each vibrating plate, the continuity of the material should be maintained to avoid jamming. If material is stuck, it must be removed in time, or the material must be taken out at the end of the track.；

4. The air pressure of the spring-loaded vibrating disc can be adjusted, strong air pressure will blow away, weak air pressure will affect the ejection；

5. Switching between 2.0 and 3.0 production, 2.0 and 3.0 have their own inner and outer modules, which are installed in sequence from the inside to the outside during production.；

6. Automatic discharge port for 2.0/3.0 material changeover for fast discharge of material。

7. Counters for total and batch output, with precise adjustment of spring, top and shift times。
